I have just returned from 2 weeks on the isle of Rhodes, or Rhodos as we call it in Norway. The first week was spent with my parents and we stayed at the Epsilon Hotel just outside Faliraki. We visited the old town of Rhodes, Lindos (se posts below) and had dinner one night at the idyllic Kalithea.
The second week was spent with my friend and colleague Ida. We stayed at Zoe´s hotel and apartments just outside Faliraki in the opposite direction of the Epsilon hotel. We walked to the Anthony Quinn Bay every day, a 15 minute walk from the hotel. And every night we walked 30 minutes (one way) to the same restaurant in Faliraki because they had the best food! Yeah, not so imaginative, but we rented bikes one of the days to explore our surroundings, and realized that even if there were a lot of nice beaches nearby, we still missed the Anthony Quinn Bay!!
