In Palm beach we spent the night at the "Barrenjoey house". It is a really nice little guesthouse with 8 or 9 rooms. Each room has a very cottage feel about them, which I loved.
Our room was out towards the road and the ocean, and with the window open we could hear the waves crashing. It was so peaceful up there, a great escape from the city noise.
We booked the "Package deal" which was AUD 150 for a night´s accommodation (shared bathroom) with a three course dinner. We could choose one starter, one main, one dessert and share a side.
The kitchen were we had breakfast, self served.

Our room. We had a room with shared bathroom. The bathroom was just down the hall, and with only four rooms sharing two baths it was never busy.
