The last 2 weeks of our South- and Central America trip was spent on Cuba. We stayed one week in Trinidad and one in Havana. On Cuba we had a hotel room coming in and going out as that is mandatory, otherwise we stayed in people`s home, as that was quite common. We came out of the bus and was almost attacked by people who wanted to offer us a room. In Trinidad we stayed with a younger couple, whilst in Havana we stayed with an older lady. They always made breakfast and dinner for us, and we had fresh fruit juice every day.
